There are so many clichés that you see all over the internet. They say things like “You Are Beautiful” and “You’ll Be Ok”.
And we share them all around hoping to make other people feel better but, how often do we actually believe it ourselves?
Not a lot of the time, right?
Why do we expect ourselves to be able to help other people with the problems they have when we are struggling with the same thing?
I feel like society has such a big obsession with being perfect which usually comes hand in hand with being “skinny” because all the people in the magazines are.
