The Bridlington and Wolds Scale Model Club is holding a scale model show in Driffield on Sunday September 2.
The event will be held at Driffield Showground, from 10am to 4pm.
On display will be scale models from the local club and up to 20 other clubs from all over the country.
These will include scale models of aircraft, trucks, cars, figures, military vehicles and ships.
There will be competitions in various categories, and an award for the best Model Club display.
Also in attendance will be traders selling models, books, tools and model kits.
The Bridlington and Wolds Scale Model Club now has well over 30 members, drawn from a large area, and are keen to attract new members.
Club nights are held on the first Monday of the month at The Station Buffet in Bridlington, from 7.30pm.
The club is a member of the International Plastic Modellers Society, and representatives will be on hand at the show to talk about and advise on modelling.
There will be a model-making event for younger visitors, with kits supplied by Airfix, which can be made and painted at the show.
Entry to the show is £1.50 per adult, and free to under 15’s.
