A young Sancton singer-songwriter is about to release her debut album entitled In Between Forever.
Frankie Turton, who is 15, is celebrating the launch of her work at Jaz Cafe Bar in Hull City Centre on Friday 27 April.
Fans who attend the free party at the Jaz Cafe Bar will get a £1 discount off an album purchase on the night.
Frankie will be performing at several Yorkshire festivals this summer including folk in the Field, Kipfest for Market Weighton’s Young Farmers, on two stages at Cottingham Springboard festival, The Yorkshire Dales Food and Drink Festival and the Adolescent Festival at York Race Course, as well as other events at Carlton Towers, a Beer Festival in Liversedge and Sancton Musical Weekend.
She will also be performing at several pubs and clubs across the Yorkshire area.
Frankie, a pupil at Read School at Drax, said: “I’ve put so much work into writing all the songs for the album and I can’t wait to be able to share it with everyone.
“It’s so exciting how the songs I write in between homework, gigs and acting can be shared with the world.
“I am so happy that it is all coming together and we can get back on the road to promote the release very soon.”
