Rogerson Court sales event held at Burnby Hall
A date for an official sales event has been announced for a new McCarthy and Stone Retirement Living development of 34 privately-owned apartments for the over-60s on Scaife Garth in Pocklington.
The event will be an opportunity to take a closer look at apartment specifications, floor plans and prices, and for interested purchasers to reserve their chosen apartment off-plan.
Currently under construction, a CGI has been released to show how Rogerson Court will look when completed. The development was named in tribute to William Rogerson, an early 19th century scientist who was born and raised in Pocklington.
Liz Green, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for McCarthy and Stone North East said: “With the official sales event of Rogerson Court so highly anticipated, we are delighted to be able to welcome interested purchasers to Burnby Hall on Thursday 8 March.
“A presentation will take place at 11am and the exhibition will be open from noon to 3pm, providing guests with an opportunity to have a one to one chat with a member of the sales team.
“We would encourage local retirees interested in hearing more about Retirement Living at Rogerson Court, to pop along and make the most of this great opportunity to reserve off-plan at this stunning new development.”
