Police are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a man missing from his home in Kilnwick, East Yorkshire.
Michael Bedford, 61, was last seen by his wife on Wednesday July 22 at approximately 9.30am when he left their home address in Main Street, Kilnwick with the intention of travelling to Beverley to carry out some errands.
A police spokesman said: “He has not been seen or heard from since and his family and friends describe this behaviour as wholly out of character and therefore there is concern for Mr Bedford.
“When last seen he was driving a grey Landrover Freelander, registration W28 MCB and he is described as white, 6ft 5ins tall, large build, last seen wearing dark tracksuit bottoms and tan lace up shoes.”
Police would like to hear from anyone who thinks they may have seen Mr Bedford or perhaps his vehicle since yesterday morning and urge them, or Mr Bedford himself, to make contact on the non emergency number 101 referring to log 378 of July 22 2015.
