Parents of reception and nursery children at Melbourne CP School were recently invited into the classroom to find out what their youngsters really get up to when they are at school.

A Melbourne School spokesman said: “We like to invite parents into school as often as possible, as we feel it is important that parents feel involved and part of their child’s school life, right from the very beginning of the journey. Parent Partnership mornings are a great excuse for grown-ups to get the glue and glitter out and result in a lot of chat and fun.”

The children really enjoy showing their loved ones how much they know about their classroom and school life.
