Years 5 and 6 pupils at Lyndhurst School put a modern twist on the Cinderella story recently with an outstanding performance in front of an excited audience.
The traditional story was brought into the 21st Century by pupils in which prince charming is a pop star searching for the girl of his dreams.
Despite changes to the traditional version, it of course ended happily ever after with true love conquering all.
Jo Kay, Head of Lyndhurst Pre-Prep and show director, said: “There were outstanding performances from all of the cast, amazing solo singing and impressive audience participation from start to finish.
“It was one of the most entertaining productions yet.”
