Students at Woldgate School have been busy working with staff at Burnby Hall Gardens to design an Outreach Museum.

The exhibition was designed by student ambassadors at Woldgate, ranging from Year 7 to Year 10 and each representing a specialist subject.

Since January, the ambassadors have been visiting the hall and creating a museum display focused on the history, science and geography of the gardens. They also had a great time selecting objects from the Stewart Museum collection which complemented their research.

The Outreach Museum will be available for students to view in term time until Tuesday 13 November.

The exhibition allows students of all ages at Woldgate school to engage with a site which is significant within their local community.
