Creative youngsters made costumes inspired by Fairtrade and then took to the catwalk to show off their outfits.
Children at Barmby Moor Primary School designed and made their own costumes and wore them during the school’s Fairtrade fashion show, which was held to raise their awareness of Fairtrade.
All the children from reception up to year 6 at the school took part in the fashion show.
Prizes were awarded for best costumes.
Year 5 and 6 teacher Jenny Marsden said: “They all really enjoyed the catwalk, it really raised their awareness of what Fairtrade means.”
