Busking-in-the-Bar returns to the Pocklington Arts Centre this Friday (26 January) with the fabulous York-based singer-songwriter Dan Webster.
Dan’s music is influenced by the sounds and story telling traditions of American and British Folk music, Americana and Rock and Roll.
Americana UK described him as ‘A Hybrid of Damien Rice, Seth Lakeman and Tom McRae’.
Dan has played too many shows to count over the years, and has shared the bill with acts such as The Levellers, Seth Lakeman, Glen Tilbrook, Martin Carthy and Midge Ure.
Entry to the event is free. Doors open at 7pm with the music starting around 8pm.
