The following cases were heard by East Yorkshire Magistrates' Court. Numbers refer to defendants ages, not addresses.

Antony Heppenstall, 62, of Southea Road, Flamborough, Bridlington, found guilty of advertising two cars for sale within 500 metres of each other on a public road. Fined £450 with victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £434.

Darren Sean Buck, 46, of Lythe Avenue, Hull, pleaded guilty to stealing make-up from Superdrug in Beverley. Fined £80 with victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85.

Richard Alan Gillyon, 30, of Scholefield Avenue, Woodmansey, Beverley, pleaded guilty to damaging two windows. Two year conditional discharge, compensation of £100 and costs of £85.

Anthony Gordon, 48, of Mill Chase, Nafferton, Driffield, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Bridlington. Seventeen month driving ban to be reduced by 17 weeks on completion of course, fined £500 with victim surcharge of £50 and costs of £85.

Carl Cobbold, 25, of Lees Road, Bridlington, pleaded guilty to damaging a police cell and corridor and to using abusive language towards door staff at Utopia. Fined £120 with compensation of £80 and victim surcharge of £20.

Paul Freeman, 35, of Ferndale Terrace, Bridlington, pleaded guilty to fraud by making a false representation when attempting to sell a Samsung Tablet, which he did not own, with intent to profit and to dishonestly handling the item knowing it was stolen. Eighteen month conditional discharge with compensation of £47, victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85.

Jason Richard Skeet, 28, of North Haven Road, Flamborough, Bridlington, pleaded guilty to damaging a door frame at the Quay Leisure pub. Six month conditional discharge, compensation of £150 and victim surcharge of £15.

Shaun Leslie Wilcox, 37, of Manor Street, Bridlington, pleaded guilty to possession of amphetamines and failing to provide a sample, obstructing a police officer and handling stolen goods. Sixteen weeks in prison and victim surcharge of £80.

Rosie Jefferson, of South Back Lane, Bridlington, found guilty of driving an unlicensed vehicle. Fined £440 with excise duty of £65 and costs of £90.

Tony Latham, 65, of Quay Road, Bridlington, found guilty of keeping a vehicle on a public road having made a SORN declaration. Fined £220 with costs of £90 and excise repayments of£56.

Michael Shirtliff, of Sewerby Road, Bridlington, found guilty of keeping a vehicle on a public road having made a SORN declaration. Fined £660 with excise repayments of £590 and costs of £90.

Samuel Smith, 21, of Waterdale Close, Bridlington, found guilty of keeping a vehicle on a public road having made a SORN declaration. Fined £80 with excise repayments of £68 and costs of £90.

Justin Davies, 46, of Sirius Court, Bridlington, pleaded guilty to speeding. Three points on licence, fined £100 with victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £50.

Mark Andrew Leach, 53, of Olinda Road, Bridlington, pleaded guilty to stealing meat, electrical items and chocolate from Tesco and failing to surrender to custody. Fined £80 with victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85.

Louis Oliver Longden, 22, of Bridlington Road, Skipsea, Driffield, pleaded guilty to obstructing a special constable and to driving without correct insurance or licence at Hornsea and failing to comply with traffic regulations. Six points on driving licence, fined £410 with victim surcharge of £25 and costs of £85.

Danika Davies, 28, of Olinda Road, Bridlington. Fined £440 with victim surcharge of £44 and costs of £120.

Sian Ellis, 36, of Hilderthorpe Road, Bridlington. Fined £550 with victim surcharge of £55 and costs of £120.

Kenneth Grant, 56, of Trentham Close, Bridlington. Fined £110 with victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £120.

Ann Marie Hill, 39, of Little Beck Road, Bridlington. Fined £550 with victim surcharge of £55 and costs of £120.

Zoe Howe, 34, of Queensgate Square, Bridlington. Fined £80 with victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £120.

Gabriella Jones, 19, of Cloisters Mews, Bridlington. Fined £220 with victim surcharge of £22 and costs of £120.

Andrea Pashley, 34, of Holyrood Avenue, Bridlington. Fined £220 with victim surcharge of £22 and costs of £120.

Karl Pichlak, 57, of Greenwood Gardens, Beverley. Fined £220 with victim surcharge of £22 and costs £120.

Andrew Proud, 46, of Fairfield Road, Bridlington. Fined £220 with victim surcharge of £22 and costs of £120.

Donna Ryan, 39, of Turner Avenue, Bridlington. Fined £40 with victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £120.
