The Fiddle Drill Tea Room in Goodmanham recently hosted its first-ever live music event – raising £300 for Yorkshire Air Ambulance (YAA).

Singer and performer Chris Berry was welcomed to the tea room and performed a rousing set including covers of I Love To Boogie, Hey There Delilah, Hey Soul Sister and Hotel California.

The entire audience were up on their feet and participated with Chris’ interactive performance.

The evening was organised to raise money for the air ambulance with the venue donating all takings from the bar.

There was also a fun auction during the event.

Lucie Stephenson, owner of The Fiddle Drill, said: “The evening raised £300 for the YYAA and a fun night was had by all. We hope this will be the first of many live music events, so watch this space.”
