More than 2,000 people flocked to the 115th Bishop Wilton Show, which has been hailed one of the most successful in the event’s history.
Held at the showfield on Saturday 20 July, the show featured a wide variety of attractions to keep visitors entertained.
During the day there was a falconry display, show jumping, pony classes, terrier racing, huskies demonstration, children’s entertainment, children’s tent and children’s sports.
The Wolds Half Marathon, which over 400 runners entered, was part of the show again this year.
There was also a craft tent and beer tent offering 10 local ales.
Show secretary Ed Hutchinson said: “It was a brilliant show.
“It was by far one of the most successful. Certainly the most successful for a significant number of years.”
Organisers are planning hold next year’s event, on 19 July, at a different venue.
