Crafts people showcased their skills at an artisan market in Pocklington.
The event, which had an American theme to coincide with Independence Day, was held at Burnby Community Hall, and there were a variety hand-made items on sale.
These include cushions, jewellery, glass and pottery ware and knitted goods.
There were also American cakes, burgers and hotdogs available.
Ruth Hodgson, one of the organisers of the event, said: “We had a good day, there was a steady flow of people.”
There planned artisan market in September has been cancelled. Pocklington Artisan Market organisers are now planning to hold a two-day Christmas event during the festive period.
