Former 102 Squadron airmen who flew out of Pocklington during World War II will gather in the town on Saturday 20 July for their reunion dinner.
The squadron’s committee will be meeting at Pocklington Arts Centre at 2pm and the dinner will take place at the Wolds Gliding Club at 6.30pm. There are no more tickets available for the dinner.
This year’s speaker is Philip Jackson, who built the statues in the Bomber Command Memorial in London.
There will be a service at the squadron memorial at the gliding club from 12.15pm the next day.
