Trustee Joan Straker said: “We had a busy afternoon during our first event back since 2019.

“We welcomed lots of new faces along with the regular ones. The weather was good and some people were able to sit out at tables in the churchyard and view our wild flower area.

“The tea, coffee or a cold drink, along with our freshly baked scones with local strawberries and cream, went down a treat. It was a really enjoyable afternoon.”
