Wellington Grange, which is one of two Bellway Yorkshire developments in Pocklington, raced to the sales finishing line with the final five homes selling in less than a month.

Jessica Hall, Bellway Yorkshire’s sales manager, said: “The sales rate on different developments can go up and down but in Pocklington things never slowed – and the speed with which the final five sold was incredible.”

Bellway has reported extremely strong sales across the East Riding in recent months, with developments in Anlaby, Driffield, South Cave and Swanland all performing at a level.

“The East Riding has everything you could possibly want in a place to call home – and Pocklington really is one of its gems,” continued Jessica. “It ticks every possible box, from schools to local amenities; transport options to ease of access to city centres for work and leisure; and let’s not forget its stunning surrounding countryside.”

Now that Bellway has sold out at Wellington Grange its focus has shifted to its second Pocklington development – Ambler’s Grange. Being built on Yapham Road, the development comprises 182 two, three, four and five bedrooms homes.

Prices at Ambler’s Grange currently start at £237,995 for a three-bedroom semi-detached Thespian.
