Tracy Jenkinson and business partner Ashleigh Kettlewell have started new business Ship Shape Interiors.

Their new venture Ship Shape Interiors, based in Pocklington, lives by the motto ‘A place for everything and everything in its place’.

Whilst some find the thought of decluttering and organising their living space daunting, Tracy and Ashleigh thrive on the challenge to rejuvenate and organises spaces to improve people’s home and work environment.

Their services include decluttering, storage solutions, admin and paperwork, time management, coaching, design and/or home staging.

Tracy, a member of the Association of the Association of the Professional Declutters and Organisers (APDO), said: “I had the idea of setting up the business pre-covid. I’ve always been an organiser, my father was a stickler for having everything in its place.

“With more people spending time at home for both family and work reasons, it seemed like the perfect time to launch the business.

“With current restrictions on movement and working in offices in place, we’ve found more and more people needing our services as they try to organise their homes to maximise space for work.

“As well as organising homes, more and more frequently business owners are contacting us to re-evaluate their office spaces.”

Tracy is the first APDO approved operator in East Yorkshire and membership ensures all standards, code of ethics and regulatory requirements are met.
