OVER 100 Brownies and Rainbows visited a local park to enjoy an afternoon of fun and activities.
The girls, aged 4-11, who are all from Pocklington, Wilberfoss, Melbourne and Stamford Bridge, descended onto Jubilee Park in Fangfoss for the Brownie Revels event.
They kicked off the afternoon with a scavenger hunt and then went on to do a number of craft activities.
These included making a shaker, painting and decorating pebbles, making friendship bracelets and bun decorating.
There was also a BBQ and to end the day the girls had a traditional sing song around a campfire.
A spokesperson for the Brownies said: “It was a lovely afternoon, spent in glorious sunshine.
“Everyone had a wonderful time and it is hoped that it may become an annual event.”
