Junior class mini racer Jimbob Johnson enjoyed a good afternoon’s racing, after he had been notified that he will be one of the stars of live arena action at the Autosport Show at Birmingham’s NEC in January, by picking up a good tally of points that may just yield him the class winners silverware when the final points and tables are worked. This is also the case for Class 5 mini racer Josh Simpson who has been one of the sensations of the season but was a given a tough time by fellow youngster Callum Wing.
Andy Cooper has been in devastating form all season in the class 6 championship and this weekend was no different with another show of ruthless driving.
Kirsty Palfreyman was again the leading lady at Hunmanby with heat and final wins that should see her retain her class 11 title.
This weekend sees the final action of the season with a family fun day which gets underway on Saturday evening with a Halloween and firework party with prizes for the best fancy dress and, of course, lantern before action on the track on Sunday.
