THE Pocklington U14 s B team playing in the Junior Sevens Tournament enjoyed mixed results.
In their opening game against Roundhegians Pock B made some strong runs but were just out paced by a well drilled Roundhegians team. The scoreline of 27-0 really doesn’t do Pock justice asd they played some fine rugby.

Game two pitted the lads against Malton B and again the score doesn’t show how well Pock fought and at times looked the better attacking side. Pock’s try was scored by Aaron Marshall with Harry Jackson converting but they went down in the end by 43pts to 7.

In the final game, Pock showed that they could play some fine rugby against a side made up of Pock / Malton players under the label of the Barbarians. Pock’s victory of 39-0 was due to tries from, Jack Holt 2, Sam Blunt 1, Tom Roberts 2, Jerome Remblance 1, and Aaron Marshall 1.
