Letter: Questions over green policies

I would like to ask our Conservative representatives for the area how they can balance the fact that our Prime Minister is attending a climate change summit in Paris aimed at fossil fuel reduction, while at home his government is supporting and encouraging shale gas exploration and production even to the extent of possibly overturning a democratic decision made in Lancashire in direct contravention of the Localism Act which calls for an end to top down decision making?

I would be interested to hear how they can explain such apparent two faced behaviour by their party.
