Letter: Charged for using car park

At a loss to know what I have done wrong.
At a loss to know what I have done wrong.

I have just received a parking charge notice for parking my vehicle in The Feathers car park on Sunday, June 25, between 12.17pm and 13.42pm.

I regularly bring my parents (my father is disabled) for meals to The Feathers and am at a loss to know what I have done wrong.

On the day in question we had Sunday lunch. I would never park in the car park for any other purpose than to eat.

On recent visits we have been unable to get into the disabled parking due to either poor parking by other vehicles or a barrier partially blocking the area.

I would appreciate an explanation to this and can assure The Feathers that if it not resolved satisfactorily, I will not visit again.

I look forward to a response by return.
