Wilberfoss duck race makes a splash

Hundreds of people lined the banks of Wilberfoss beck for the village’s annual duck race recently and had a quacking time.

Organisers of the event, which has been running for over a decade, have hailed the race the busisest and best yet.

More than 400 people flocked to the event, which raised nearly £2,000.
