FRIDAY 21 OCTOBER

PSP support meeting, Burnby Rooms, The Balk, Pocklington, 10am-12pm. This meeting is for everyone - patients, carers, family, and members of the public who may be interested in this little known illness. A special PSP nurse will be there to help you. Tea and coffee will be served, and there will be a small, fundraising gift stall. There will be a team from the York alternative therapy clinic to help you and to offer neck and shoulder massages and advice, which is complimentary.

Charity Quiz Night, Pocklington Football Club, 7.30pm. There will be teams of four. If you can’t raise a team, just come along yourself, or with a friend, you can join others to make up a team. Ticket are £4 each, which includes a hot food supper, team prize and a raffle. Ring Paul Williams on 01759 30775 for information.
