A total of £110 was raised by The Friends of Mount Pleasant Junior School when they held a raffle and a Pin-the-Nose-on-Rudolph game in Hornseys Estate Agents, Market Weighton, during the town’s Christmas Light Switch on,

The cash will now be donated to school funds, and the friends would kindly like to thank Hornseys for allowing them to use their facilities.

See the full spread of pictures from the lights switch-on in this week’s Pocklington Post (out December 11).
