Top honours for Boys’ Brigade duo Dominic and Christian

Two members of the 1st Market Weighton Boys’ Brigade have received the Queen’s Badge, the highest award it is possible to earn within the movement.

Dominic Frankish and Christian Parrish had to complete community service, service within the Boys’ Brigade Company, skills and physical sections, as well as attending a training course and a completion weekend.

Their badges and certificates were presented at Priory Methodist Church in Doncaster by the Lord Lieutenant of South Yorkshire, Andrew Coombe.

The pair become the 17th and 18th Queensmen of 1st Market Weighton BB since its formation in 1982.
