Burnby Hall Gardens Tulip Festival has become the place to visit over the last three years.

Burnby Hall Gardens, six times consecutive winner of the prestigious Yorkshire in Bloom Gold Award, is holding its fourth annual Tulip Festival between Saturday 23 April and Saturday 7 May.

While the attraction is best known for its impressive national collection of more than one hundred varieties of hardy water lily, the Tulip Festival attracts many thousands of visitors to Burnby Hall’s unique gardens.

The gardens are open between 10am and 5.30pm daily (with last entry at 4.30pm) during the festival.

The festival is once again being run in conjunction with the award-winning Bloms Bulbs, who achieved Gold for their own tulip display at the Chelsea Flower Show in 2013.

More than 14,000 tulips will be on display. These can be seen formally displayed in tubs throughout the gardens and in the numerous flower beds throughout the site, providing a cascade of colour and beauty for the spring.
