Pupils prepare the Space Station seeds for the scientific experiment

Pocklington Prep and Pocklington School students are involved in an exciting scientific experiment, on behalf of the Royal Horticultural Society,to blind test rocket seeds; one packet of rocket seeds went up to the International Space Station with Tim Peake and one packet stayed here on earth.

The students must follow a set of instructions to care for the seedlings and will be reporting information back to the Royal Horticultural Society which will be collated as part of a much wider study.
