The owner and head chef of a popular drinking and dining pub in Sancton will make the latest in a string of recent TV appearances on the BBC programme The One Show this Friday (27 September).

Ben Cox, from The Star @ Sancton, will be challenged to a Yorkshire Pudding-making contest by presenter Alex Riley. He will also be competing against amateur Yorkshire pudding champion, Chris Blackburn.

Ben currently holds the Yorkshire Pudding Champion title for professional chefs and, as word of his Yorkshire pudding-making prowess has spread, he has been invited to appear on a number of television programmes.
