The Pocklington Post is launching the ‘Livvy’s Step Towards Stardom‘ campaign to help Pocklington teenager Livvy Rooks achieve her dream of attending a top stage school.
Livvy, 14, of The Mile, recently received half a scholarship to attend the Barbara Speake Stage School in London.
However, the aspiring West End star needs to raise £5,000 before September to make up the other half for just one year.
She would then have to raise another £5,000 to attend the school for a second year while she completes her GCSEs.
The Pocklington Post is now getting behind Livvy’s fundraising mission and is calling on local residents and businesses to support her in any way they can to help her achieve her fundraising target.
