A Pocklington art gallery is celebrating after winning an award which recognises the way they build up a relationship with their customers.
The Acorn Gallery, in Market Place, picked up the Gold Award from the American-based company Constant Contact, which helps businesses with online communications with customers.
The gallery was selected because it appeared in the top 10 per cent of the company’s clients who use their services to develop online newsletters and other services.
Diane Wass, who co-owns the gallery with her husband John, said: “Constant Contact collect information like how many people have looked at our newsletters, website and subscribed to us.
“It is very important for us to build up a good relationship with customers and I’m really pleased that the things Constant Contact are doing on the internet for us are working so well.
“To appear in the top 10 per cent of their 500,000 customers is something we are delighted about.”
