Plans to build up to 200 homes move a step closer

Plans to build up to 200 new homes in Stamford Bridge have moved a step closer to receiving the green light.

An application for outline planning permission to build the development on land south of Roman Road, adjacent to Burtonfields Barns, went before East Riding Council’s planning committee.

The application was deferred but once a section 106 agreement has been completed, the council’s Director of Planning and Economic Regeneration Alan Menzies will be authorised to grant planning permission subject to a number of conditions.
