Plans are afoot to build more than 400 new homes in Stamford Bridge.

Three proposals for three different developments have been revealed by separate applicants.

One plan is to build up to 200 new houses on land south of Roman Road, adjacent to Burtonfields Barns. This application will go before East Riding Council’s planning committee on 23 October.

There are also plans for 120 new homes on land north of Roman Road and an application has been submitted for outline planning permission to build 106 properties on land west of Low Catton Road.
