Members of the community paw-sed for a coffee at a fundraising event in aid of the charity Hearing Dogs for Deaf People.
A coffee morning held at Beechwood House in Barmby Moor raised £200 for the charity.
Tea, coffee and cakes were available for visitors to enjoy.
Future hearing dogs were brought along to the event by their ‘socialisers’ who look after them for the first year of their life.
Organised by Ian and Cath Snape, the ‘Paws for Coffee’ fundraiser also featured a tombola.
Hearing Dogs for Deaf People is a national charity that provides dogs to alert deaf people to important sounds and reduce the isolation of deafness. For copies of any of our pictures, please call 0330 1230203.
