A family-run riding school has recently become a pony club centre.

Burnby Equestrian Centre riders aged from four to 25 years can now learn to care for their horse or pony and work towards their Pony Club tests and badges.

Coaches of Pony Club Centres can also put forward their Pony Club team to regional and national competitions.

The club will run on Thursday evenings at Burnby Equestrian Centre from 4.15pm to 6pm from 7April. Places are limited and booking essential.

An open day at the centre tomorrow (April 1) from 10am to 2pm will give visitors a chance to ask questions about the centre, meet the ponies and even take a mini hack around the pond. No booking required.
