2014 sees the Golden Jubilee of the Stewart Trust at Burnby Hall Gardens and Museum in Pocklington, and the attraction is gearing up for a busy year.

The winter months have seen a great deal of planning and preparation being made for what it hopes will be a fantastic season.

During 2013, 50,000 people visited the Gardens to enjoy the nine acres of ornamental gardens and woodland, to feed the carp in the Upper and Lower Lakes, and to view the National Hardy Water Lily Collection.
