Recycling event in Pock

EAST Riding Council will be highlighting the message about the need to prevent waste and increase the use of blue and brown bins at an event in Pocklington.

On Thursday 8 November, recycling officers will be at the Children’s Centre, in Kilnwick Road, advising parents on saving money and reducing food waste.

There will also be an interactive cooking lesson with the children, making healthy pizzas they can eat for lunch that day.
