Police theft warning to motorists

Police are urging motorists not to leave valuables on display in their cars following a theft from a vehicle in Pocklington last week.

The theft occurred last Tuesday outside the Francis Scaife Sports Centre on Burnby Lane, when cash, credit cards, golf clubs and two mobile phones were taken from a Peugeot 206.
