Coun Ratcliffe cuts the ribbon at the official opening of the show home

A new show home has opened following a special unveiling at Linden Homes North’s development in Pocklington.

The house builder invited the town’s deputy lord mayor councillor Martin Ratcliffe to cut the ribbon at the official opening of the Wilberforce Manor show home. Coun Ratcliffe and his wife Elinda joined other invited guests and members of the public to see just what the new development has to offer home hunters in East Yorkshire. Wilberforce Manor, off West Green, will comprise of 99 two, three, four and five-bedroom homes, with Linden Homes showcasing the Lowthorpe as its show home.
