Golden couple give a boost to the Air Ambulance

A GENEROUS couple from Pocklington, who donated £515 given to them for their golden wedding anniversary to the Yorkshire Air Ambulance, have thanked everyone who contributed.

David and Doreen Herd, of Wold Road, celebrated their landmark anniversary on 22 December, but told anyone thinking about giving them presents to contribute money to a pot which the couple would give to the Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
