Club Smith

Local indie rockers, Club Smith, are coming back for a one-off homecoming gig after a successful tour supporting the likes of the Kaiser Chiefs, Shed Seven and Two Door Cinema Club.

Comprising Sam Robson, Neil Clark, Lee Clark and Vijay Mistry, Club Smith have gone from strength to strength in recent months, picking up a collection of new fans, helped by DJs Steve Lamacq and Frank Skinner championing the band’s songs on national radio.

Three of the four members of Club Smith grew up in Bishop Wilton, attending Wolgate College, and the local lads are excited about the prospect of playing at Pocklington Arts Centre on 28 October as part of Pocktoberfest.
