Bishop Wilton Show to be staged on the 19th of July, on the grounds of High Callis Wold Farm, off the Garrowby to Millington Road.

 

There will be something for everyone at the 116th Bishop Wilton Show this Saturday, 19 July.

The event will take place at a new venue - High Callis Wold Farm, Bishop Wilton. It had been held at the same showfield for the past 30 years.

Family attractions during the day include archery., willow weaving, spoon carving, traditional crafts, brass band, vintage cars, engines and tractors and a children’s tent.

However the star attraction this year will be Atkinson’s Stunt Horses.

There will also be a number of other animal attractions such as a falconry display, along with the Yorkshire Wolds Half Marathon. Arrive before 9am to enter the marathon on the day.

All day tickets £6 children, 3-16 years £2, advanced membership £8 per adult and accompanying children free. There will be reserved parking for members and badge holders, subject to availability
