Holme-on-Spalding Moor homes plan has to meet criteria

PROPOSALS to build 18 new houses in Holme-on-Spalding Moor are likely to go ahead after receiving a deferred approval from East Riding Council.

The planning application was deferred by the local authority’s western area planning sub-committee on Tuesday 18 December but will be approved subject to certain criteria being met.
