Residents in Stamford Bridge can put their views across on major changes to future housing plans in the town which were agreed by East Riding Council in July.
A consultation drop in session will be held at the Village Hall on Low Catton Road on 12 September where residents will be able to learn more about the plans and speak to council officers.
Changes were made in Stamford Bridge after it came to light that certain areas earmarked for future housing development were of national archaeological importance.
The council have now proposed to allocate land south of the A166 for housing instead.
The final Local Plan is expected to be completed and adopted in 2014.
