CCTV images have been released of two men police want to speak to in connection with the theft of a bottle of whiskey from a Pocklington supermarket.

At about 12.20pm on Wednesday 7 November, two men entered the Co-operative shop in George Street and one of the men picked up the bottle of Jack Daniel’s whiskey while it appears the other stood in the way of him. They both then left without paying for the item.

The other man is described as white, aged between 40 to 45 years old, around 5ft 10ins tall with thinning black hair. He was wearing a black jacket, a blue coloured polo shirt with horizontal white stripes on it and blue denim jeans.

The men in the images and anyone who can identify them is asked to call Humberside Police tel 101, quoting crime reference 1940508.
