Heroic hearing dogs were celebrated during a fundraising day at a Pocklington opticians to mark the 31st anniversary of the charity behind their training.
Handlers and pups from the Hearing Dogs for Deaf People charity visited Pocklington Specsavers, in Market Place, recently to meet and greet customers and to raise awareness and vital donations for the cause.
Balloons were given away to young customers who could have their picture taken with the store’s four-legged visitors.
