There was fun for all the family at Newlands School Yorkshire in Pocklington at the weekend.

The school held a summer fair on Saturday (27 June), featuring a variety of attractions, including pony rides, a bouncy castle, tombola and numerous stalls, selling cakes, flowers, candles jams and chutneys.

There were also craft activities for children in the art room and the school’s choir sang during the event.

Caroline Holmes, from the school, said: “All the children and families enjoyed themselves. We’ve had some good feedback.”
