Controversial plans to build a wind farm near Holme-on-Spalding Moor will go before East Riding Council’s Planning Committee on Thursday 18 July.

The planning application is for full planning permission to erect six three bladed wind turbines measuring up to 128 meters high to the tip and 81.5 metres to the hub on land north west of Welham Bridge, West Howden Road, Holme-on-Spalding Moor.

The plans have been met with strong opposition from several local parish councils and many residents.
