There were Easter Bunnies, eggs and decorated trees galore on display in Chris Clubley’s window over the Easter break.

We have been working closely with Chris Clubley for the past three years to encourage Pocklington Community Junior School children to show their creative talents by drawing a themed picture or a sculpture about Easter.

The winner, chosen by a member of Harrowell Solicitors (Powell and Young), was Chloe Lawson, runners-up were Alicia and Tama Sanerivi and Jessie Nesom.

The winners were announced and presented with their prizes of Easter eggs in assembly by Lisa Bray, office manager from Chris Clubley, Pocklington. All the children who took part still received an Easter egg.

Lisa said: “This year was the best one ever, there have been a lot more creative entries and it was very difficult choosing the winner. We hope that next year we get even more entries.”
